A brand revamp that gets down to business, literally
How do you revamp a financial brand identity and website to feel less like a bureaucratic maze and more like a true business ally? That was the challenge Finpromoter brought to us. And we went all in.
As strategic creative partner, we led the entire transformation: from early research and stakeholder interviews to defining the brand voice, content strategy, UX principles, and design assets. The goal? A user-friendly digital experience that reflects Finpromoter’s new positioning: innovative, human, and focused on empowering small and medium-sized businesses across Italy.
In true goodbase fashion, we reimagined the site with accessibility and sustainability at its core:
A lightweight, responsive interface optimized for all users, including those with visual or cognitive impairments
A natural, energy-efficient color palette to balance Finpromoter’s accessible yet energy-intense blue
Light/dark mode to adapt to different user contexts and further reduce energy usage
A modular CMS setup to make updates easier and faster
100% accessibility compliance with WCAG AA standards and the new European Accessibility Act
But design wasn’t enough. We also overhauled the content and information architecture to make navigation intuitive, content relevant, and interactions seamless. A whole new members-only area, clearer service explanations, and more space for client success stories now reflect the real value Finpromoter delivers.
