What we collect and why

We don’t believe in collecting data for the sake of collecting it. We only gather what’s necessary to make your experience with us as seamless as possible:

The basics: Your name, email, and contact details so we can actually talk to you.
The pro stuff: If you're a business, we’ll ask for your company details to keep things professional.
The techy bit: While you’re browsing goodbase.studio, our site picks up some digital breadcrumbs (like your IP or device type) to make sure everything looks and works perfectly on your screen.

Where it lives & How it’s handled

We like to keep things local and clean. Our website and its backups live on secure servers within the European Union.

Unlike most of the web, we’re not fans of big-tech tracking. We don’t use Google services, and we very rarely touch Meta tools. If we ever use a third-party service that requires a data transfer outside the EU, we make sure they follow strict international rules (standard contractual clauses) to ensure we keep your data safe. We’ve put up digital "fences" to guarantee no one gets in who shouldn't.

To stay in touch, we use MailerLite as our email marketing platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to MailerLite for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We only send updates if you have given us your explicit consent.

We say “no” to tracking

We do not use profiling cookies, Google Analytics, or any other third-party statistics to monitor your behavior or track your data. We prefer to offer you a clean experience that respects your browsing, without collecting any information that isn't strictly necessary.

How long we stick around

We don’t overstay our welcome. We keep contact info for 24 months and marketing data for as long as you're happy with it (we check in every year). After that, your data will be deleted or turned into anonymous data.
